(Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction)
Boris Vilner, MBW, CMT, NMR®, "Master Bodyworker," has created a unique "pain-free" treatment to help relieve the jaw pain from "TMJ Syndrome."

There are many factors involved (muscular, skeletal, emotional, etc.) that can cause jaw pain and/or "grinding of the teeth." As powerful as the human's jaw is for the work it does, it's structure and muscular connections are also very sensitive. The jaw muscles can easily become reactive to and create a chronic habit of constant tension due to: (a) All types of injuries that may not only impact the jaw directly but also indirectly when the impact causes other parts of the body's musculoskeletal system to become unbalanced. (b) Any overuse patterns of activity that may be straining the body, for example, opening the lid of a jar, using a hammer/wrench, trying to pick something up, while at the same time clinching the jaw. (c) Any emotional situation that one reacts to which subconsciously tightens the jaw and/or other muscles in the body. Unfortunately, it is rare for the chronically tight jaw muscles to "let go" of their tension without some type of treatment.

There are many types of treatments that can be used to try to resolve the pains of "TMJ" and to help relieve the jaw's chronic tension. But, after I Googled "TMJ dysfunction, TMJ syndrome, and jaw pain," I did not find the type of musculoskeletal treatment which I believe is also needed to help resolve a person's jaw pain and constant tension.

It is by using my unique "pain-free" treatment, for rebalancing the musculoskeletal system involving the jaw, head, and neck that makes a huge difference in helping to resolve the pain and tension of "TMJ." And if necessary, I can also help correct any compensation patterns involving other areas of the body that may be contributing to the jaw's pain and tension.

My treatment expertise is more focused on solving for the injuries and overuse patterns of the musculoskeletal system. The emotional issues that may arise are addressed to help keep a person balanced and feeling safe, during, and after treatment, but are not directly worked to find a resolution to the emotional issue. I leave that type of emotional resolution work to other experts.

My "pain-free" treatment works by rebalancing the skeletal structures of the jaw, head, and neck which helps to decrease the pull on the muscles and fascia connecting to the jaw. Also, my method of breaking up adhesions, by pressing the soft tissues (ligaments, tendons, muscles, and fascia) into "pain-free" directions, that feel correct to the client, gives the treatment a high probability of relieving the jaw's pain and tension for a longer time if not permanently.

If you have tried other treatments, and they have not worked to relieve your "TMJ/jaw pain,” please contact me through my website: BorisVilnerPainReliefTherapy.com, I will do my best to help relieve your jaw pain.

Just think, if I can help resolve your "TMJ/jaw pain,” and "teeth grinding," then an essential part of your quality of life has been improved.
